"Well, today's been rather thrashy.

Woke up with worse lung and breathing situation again. Despair, "what the fuck", "I guess I'm never getting better and this may be it".

Then had usual twice daily check-in with doctor, and we maybe figured out what's been going on the past week and a half. So..."
