"I got a steroid shot in my lumbar vertebrae. I’m looking forward to the relief it’s supposed to give me. I don’t have much pain anymore. 

The biggest relief I’ve had has been through diet and exercise. No added sugar, only whole foods, and intermittent fasting. The doc said that’s the best medicine"
