  comment- 25 year old presented to emergency department with tachycardia. ongoing tachycardia issues over last 3/52. past medical history of possible hEDS, PCOS, long covid, fibro, anxiety. exam NAD. ECG tachycardia. Bloods- Trop normal, BNP negative. all other bloods NAD. has previously been under cardiology - echo shows regurgitant valves. kindly do following:
  1. organise cardiology referral follow up for tachycardia and for ectopic foci/stress testing if appropriate.
  2. ensure (misgender) TFT’s checked at upcoming blood tests.
  3. organise community PT/OT input with respect to fibro 
  4. review analgesia - may require further pain relief interim but mentions referral to pain team"
