"Thinking about quitting alcohol entirely. Seems difficult because I enjoy whisky (and have a pretty nice collection) and also because cocktails are pretty prominent in the NYC social scene.

That being said, I don’t like how drinking (even a little) impacts my sleep or running or thinking."
