"As a teenager in the 70’s I went to Germany with the Air Cadets. Whilst there I ‘encountered’ chips (French Fries) with mayonnaise. 

I found it too rich but on returning home I started putting Heinz Salad Cream on my chips - and still do. 

Am I the only one?"
