"That's great.
I'm pretty much back to normal, certajnly for everyday stuff. I've been doing the "couch to 5k" course on the BBC to get back to running, and I'm quite comfortable running now., I don't think I'll be able to sprint any more though, the high impact stuff feels s bit dodgy."
