"I also like Lancers system of bonuses. You get 1d20+(flat bonus)+/-(accuracy). Accuracy can be a bonus or penalty, and its d6, but you pick the highest of the dice you roll. So even if you have 3d6 accuracy, it wont add more than 6. Its just more likely to get a good roll"
