"As a Live2D user myself I will say they are similar but you can't think 1:1. There is parameters, a warp deformer equivalent, physics, meshing, deform paths, and a brush tool. But it doesn't have features like glue.
Making the model art for it is almost the same! Just gotta remember there's no glue."
