"That’s sort of what I’m getting at - If you wanted a way to label or flag dis/misinfo, you would need to be able to recognise tropes and common patterns in text, or in how accounts are created and who they follow etc. I do not know how easy/hard this is yet, but it could be tried and defaults set."
